Your guide to get help in The Courageous Leaders Club

We would like you to feel confident in asking for help at any stage during your journey in The Courageous Leaders Club. Should you have any questions at any time regarding your membership, the training calls or using your portal, we have put together a few ways you can reach us for support and guidance.

Where can I get help ?

Quick questions about the Club 

We have a dedicated ‘#quickquestions’ channel over in our Circle community which is monitored and answered on a daily basis. This is the ideal place for you to ask the types of questions you need a quick response to or can’t find something you need in the membership. For example “Where is the zoom link for the next training call?”

General Questions

This is exactly why we created our Circle community. Please ask as many questions as often as you like and make use of the community of like-minded leaders. We have created specific channels to help aid your questions and conversations.

Submitting my questions before a Q&A session

We welcome your questions ahead of our Q&A sessions. Head to the Q&A section in the portal. The next session will be advertised under ‘upcoming’ displaying the date of our next Q&A session. Click through here and you will see an area where you can submit your questions.
