why I created the Courageous Leaders Club
Having been a successful leader for 20 years in the creative industry, I decided to follow my passion to help other leaders become their best selves.
Through my coaching I have helped leaders achieve promotions beyond their ambitions, led a company to achieve an additional £1 million in revenue & helped organisations to elevate confidence and certainty in teams by resetting their culture and positively impacting the organisation.
But, I was having too many conversations where leaders felt alone and unsupported at their level, so I decided to create an environment to solve this. The club exists to reach as many leaders as possible to no longer feel lonely at the top and courageously activate their full potential.

Every member will be given their own portal where they can access the calendar of monthly training calls and monthly Q&A calls. These will remain in their portal so they can be revisited and accessed at any time. Members will also join our community of like-minded leaders on Slack where they can ask any questions, build relationships and go back and read advice and q&a’s from up to 3 months ago.
Joanna Howes – the founder of The Change Creators will be coaching the members and answering any questions on a monthly basis. Joanna Howes is an award-winning international coach and behavioural expert specialising in leadership and business operations. Our Slack community will also provide advice and experience from creative leaders all over the world.
